About Me
My name is Bill Rosenberger. I've lived in or around Stark, Tuscarawas, or Carroll County most of my life, with the exception of the 12 years that I lived in Idaho. I was in the Air Force, stationed at Mountain Home Air Force Base for 4 years and after I got out, I stuck around the area for another 8 years before coming back to Ohio. I grew up in East Canton and lived most of my time, after Idaho, in Carrollton. My wife and I now reside in the Bolivar/Mineral City area.
For many years I considered getting my real estate license. I always thought I would enjoy a career where I get to help people realize their dreams of owning a home and helping them transition from one home to the next. It wasn't until early 2019 that I decided to finally take that step. I enrolled at Hondros College where I took all my required coursework online. I studied and took practice exams until my real exam in July 2019. I had heard many stories of people needing to take the exam multiple times before passing. Needless to say, I was very nervous when that day came. Much to my surprise, I not only passed it my first time, but I also scored an 84%. I am a member of the Stark County Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors (look for the R).
After a while with Newell Realty in Carrollton, I decided to change brokers to better fit the locations that I wanted to serve. I spoke with Tony Geraci at Century 21 HomeStar in Solon, OH and I knew immediately that this was where I wanted to be.
I this time, I don't have any specific "specialties". I serve both buyers and sellers. I plan to eventually obtain my Military Relocation Specialist certification so that I can better serve our military members who may be relocating to this area.
